  the danger of stress!!!
Getting stressed isn't just a state of mind. It can also seriously harm the body.
poeple just think that getting loads of sleep, exercising regularly and try to avoid fried foods is the only thing to stay healthy.


But, they forget the most important thing of all, to relax!
As, stress has a bigger impact on the body than any other factors.
Stress, also cause our immune system to weaken. It causes the body to release pro-inflammatory cytokines, immune factors that initiate responses againist infections.
when the body produces this cytokines for a period of time, the body's ability to fight infections and wounds would decrease.
There would also be a increase of getting heart diseases, and other diseases.



this article helps me understand the importance of not getting too stressed up as the after effect of stress is so dangerous and harming! so, next time when i'm getting stressed up, i will tell myslef not to get too stress!!



it also teaches me that stress can cause such harm to our body that i did not know before. next time when you are feeling stress, read this post and you will not be stressed up anymore.
