  eat bright,eat right
From the article, i know that brightly coloured food always plays an important part in most cuisines around the world. One of the properties in the red colour of the tomato helps protect skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays. Eating tomatoes can also help skin to stay young even if we are out in the sun year in and year out.The luminous colour of soft fruits contains a property that stimulates the memory area of brain.This can help reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease, the condition of extrem forgetfulness that comes to some people,esp in old age.Drinking cranberry juice is good for our blood flow and heart.The cranberry colour contains an agent that helps reduce fats that build up in arteries and heart.Studies from US and Europe show that broccoli contains properties that heli boost the body's ability to fight off cancers.However,sometimes free radicals go wrong and become harmful.This can lead to cancer.

After reading the article ,i learnt that i have to eat more fruits and bright vegetables ,also have to be more careful about daily diets. I need to eat more tomatose and fruits ,such as kiwis ,strawberries.
