Have u notice that someone is particularly attractive? Why are some people more attractive than others? Everyone has different opinions about what attractiveness is about. There are some facial characteristics that people define attractiveness: averageness, symmetry and sexual dimorphism.

Averageness: averageness is about how unique and different is one's facial expression.

Symmetry: symmetrical features also defines facaial beauty. Just a slight mismatch and a face can look weird

Sexual dimorphism: sexual dimorphism characteristics. These are what makes a female look more like a female and a male more like a male. If one is more masculine it can make a big difference to someone who is less masculine.

In 2004, a study showed that being attractive( good symmetry and nice averageness facial expression) also means that he is healthy.

In 2007, there was a study that showed how a brain would respond to faces that were pretty neutral or ugly. It was showed that brains had strong responses to pretty faces and ugly faces, but showed less response to middle-of-the-road faces.

I have learnt a lot from just this article alone. Its shows that the attractive-looking people gets to gain more than those who are neutral-looking or ugly-looking people. I have learnt how to gauge someone's beauty and not to critisise them as everyone is unique
